We Use it too! 5 Ton and 3 Ton 16 SEER Heat Pumps The picture of the two American Standard outdoor units is an example of a 3 and 5 ton 16 SEER heat pumps. They provide both heating and air conditioning while providing the comfort and efficiency that American Standard offers.

In simplest form the systems you see work as Air Conditioners in the summer and in the winter the process is reversed providing an efficient, steady, comfortable heat. 95% Natural Gas Furnace and A Coil This is our American Standard Freedom 95 Furnace paired with a 16 SEER heat pump. On mild days (40 and up) we take advantage of the energy efficiency the electric heat pump has to offer. Once the temperatures drop below our set point our heat pump shuts down and our Natural Gas 95% efficient furnace takes over. Our hybrid heating systems, being controlled by an outdoor temperature sensor, works in complete harmony to provide steady heating and cooling as efficiently as possible. To the right of our furnace you can see 2 AprilAire 2410 media air cleaners (2 are needed because of the large volume of air we need to move for our commercial application). AprilAire guarantees a clean coil for 10 years with regular maintenance. Not only does the Media Air Cleaner remove dust, pollens, and allegiants from the air it also keeps the equipment as clean and factory fresh as possible.

This pulls in fresh air from outside and mixes it with the stale� air from inside the building.Under our entire system is a water catching pan with a safety switch. Our 95% condensing furnace produces condensate in the winter while the AC produces condensate in the summer.

If anything were to leak, clog, etc the condensate would make its way down to the pan triggering the water sensor and safely shutting down our equipment. The redundancies we install in our equipment (drain pan, safety switch, and route maintenance) ensure us that no future damage would occur if a leakage were to take place. 95% Natural Gas Furnace and A Coil Attic Installation We have 2 three ton systems in our shop. The one displayed is an attic installation installed horizontally. All of our heating and air equipment have the same features, safety, air cleaners, and added comfort of our 5 ton system. Mitsubishi and American Standard Outdoor This picture depicts our American Standard 3 ton 16 SEER next to our 4 ton 22 SEER Mitsubishi outdoor. Both are heat pumps which we proudly install. The American Standard is used for your traditional ducted system while the Mitsubishi are installed in homes/rooms without ducts or existing AC.
