what their duties are to shareholders and unit owners. Ultimately, what a unit owner is responsible for and what the building management is responsible for, will be determined by the proprietary lease or governing documents. The usual standard is that the owner owns, and is responsible for repair and maintenance of everything from the walls in. In general, that means that when it comes to painting, repairing damage to walls, the unit’s plumbing and all appliances, the owner has to foot the bill. There can, of course, be exceptions. Clay arrived a little early and got right to work. Did an effective job communicating what he was planning to do and his findings along the way. Identifying a couple of items that may require attention down the road. I shared with him that one of the units was making a loud squealing sound at times and he was able to hear the noise while there. Although the appt. was for an AC tune up he diagnosed the problem for me and let me know that the manufacture warranty should cover the cost. His recommendation was for me to contact the company that originally install the unit and have them follow up on the warranty work. However, he offered his assistance if I ran into some delays or challenges.

I needed to take him up on that offer and within a week of letting him know my challenges, Clay stepped in , contacted the manufacture, and fixed the problem. At no additional cost to me !! Clay and Arctic Blast demonstrated great expertise and fantastic customer service for an issue that could have been very frustrating for me to address if I went with the other company. I would definitely recommend Arctic Blast to others and plan to use them for my future HVAC services I called Clay to schedule an AC Tune Up service and he was very friendly but professional. We were able to identify an appointment time within a few business days that fit both of our schedules. • Link to this review Had to call someone this morning for my downstairs unit that stopped blowing cool air. Had a referral from a neighbor for Clay and Arctic HVAC. On a Sunday, on a holiday weekend, Clay was out within hours, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had us cool again in no time. He was very honest and reasonable.

We'll be calling him back for a regular maintenance check soon. Such a nice, positive guy...only charged the service call and got the system running again. Gave some tips for the future without being pushy. Recently I had several A/C companies come out to provide quotes to replace an aging hvac unit (25 years old). I needed to replace both but with the cost of today's high efficiency units I was trying to budget for one hvac unit now and one later. Clay came out from Arctic Blast and not only beat the other competitors for a single unit, but made it possible to go ahead and replace both hvac units. (Without asking to see quotes from other competitor's, as some did). I searched Kudzu for reviews and all but one was positive. I asked him about that one and was satisfied with his explanation. I would (will) definitely recommend Arctic Blast for your heating and cooling needs. I received exceptional personal service from the initial visit for the quote to the last visit after the units were installed and clean up completed.

I was able to schedule the install totally as I needed without any issues or complaints. Cannot say enough good things about my experience. You should definitely call them for all your hvac needs. Arctic Blast is awesome. My HVAC system was pretty f*cked up due to multiple previous HVAC servicers not knowing what the heck they were doing, with wires being connected in the wrong places, the capacitor being placed in the wrong spot on the board, a part missing on my air handler outside, etc. etc.. Arctic Blast responded immediately to my call, came out ASAP, and had the knowledge and experience to set things right, within one hour and at a GREAT price too. As if that were not enough, when I requested quotes for new air handlers because my current one is on its last legs, they gave me four different quotes for four different types of systems but to my surprise did NOT try to immediately hard sell me on the most expensive one ... instead, they said that if I weren't planning on staying in my current place for at least 5-6 years that it wouldn't be worth it to go with

the more expensive ones, and to go with the cheapest one, which is really affordable. They've earned a new repeat customer and I'm not letting anyone else near my HVAC system but them!! Hooked up my high-end wifi digital thermostat which had been left hanging (literally) by my other HVAC servicer who had not updated his knowledge and didn't know how the heck to complete the install; also rewired my system, put the capacitor in the correct location and replaced the missing part on the air handler outside I have used Artic blast for several years. It's a good feeling not to have to worry if you are being taken advantage of especially in heating and air industry. I know they are always looking out for the best interest of me as a customer. Whatever he tells me I run with it because I trust him. No other HVAC company compares. Hands down the best. I was able to get an appointment on Sunday after my a/c died Saturday afternoon. Clay arrived on time (a little early actually) and gave me an honest assessment.

He got my a/c up and running the next day, as soon as he could get the parts. No upsale or pressure, just great service! Arctic Blast got my Carrier a/c back up and cooling fast! Wonderful and excellent service. took the time to check all lines for air conditioner unit. took the time to answer all of my questions. Explained the different tests performed. Went upstairs to check connections, model year and filters, before leaving. Asked me informative questions to help diagnosis problem. I know I will be cool this summer. Will definitely use in the future. serviced upstairs air conditioner unit that refused to go below 80 degrees after Labor Day weekend 2015 We needed some maintenance done to our HVAC. It was easy to schedule, he was early for the appt, very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and thorough...all with reasonable pricing. We will definitely be repeat customers!! I needed to replace an HVAC unit and got multiple quotes. Clay was very knowledgeable and had competitive pricing.

The installation process was quick and very thorough. Clay and Brian were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. New system works great. Will definitely use them again. I recently had Arctic Blast replace an entire HVAC system with a new Lennox system. Clay and his team did an excellent job! I chose Clay from multiple bids because he was very honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and had great pricing. They were very prompt and efficient during the install. I highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs. Called Clay with an emergency late on a wed. evening he had me a new unit in place up and running by Thursday afternoon, Quick neat and professional.supplied excellent service and product The bid was the lowest, customer service was knowledgeable and friendly, and the work was performed with expertise and on time. A neighbor recommended arctic blast And they where exactly what I was told. He gave options for my repair and that's a big deal! Good job Arctic blast.
