I purchased this model for an add-on sunroom in 2015. We have used it sparingly-- only when guests are in the sunroom (3x / year). Usually works well if it's working, but it's usually not working. Had it installed professionally about 18 months ago. Stopped pumping hot air twice during the winter. Great system after 3years! The instructions were poor however, claiming that coolant was needed upon installation, however it definitely was not needed. much to big for home installation We love this AC/Heater. Bought in Sept 2014 and installed in Jan 2015. Had to call customer support for a part that was not working but the overnighted the part... By far the best unit for heating and cooling a large room (mine is 500 sq ft) I have ever seen.
