ac-dc power supply ic MODPAK unit is designed to delivering air at optimum efficiency keeping design compact and affordable.
4 ton ac unit coverageSuperior to existing technologies, EB Air MODPAK system provides unparalleled performance compared to such systems in the market. The capacity ranges from 5000- 20000 CFM, they are more than a match for many demanding applications. This air flow device maintains Constant or Variable volume airflow by accurately reading the external conditions to delivering actual airflow as required to condition critical areas.

Very commonly used in laboratories, research facilities with high air changes and balanced pressurization. INDUCTION UNIT (RETROFIT / New design) Induction unit are available in various sizes to matching any existing retrofit or new application with custom fit on any given space. Available both on floor as well perimeterceiling mounted with drain pan. Most units are designed for high capacity and low noise applications. Active Chilled Beam (Solid Air Partnership) Active Chilled Beam (ACB) consists of a fin-and-tube heat exchanger contained in a housing that is suspended from, or recessed in the ceiling. The primary difference is that an active chilled beam contains an integral air supply. This primary air passes through nozzles, which induce air from the space up through the cooling coil. This induction process allows an active chilled beam to provide much more cooling capacity than a passive type chilled beam. For this reason, active chilled beams are more commonly used, and are definite choice of designers and architects.

The know-how of the experienced staff ensures versatile, quick and advantageous service for the customers. Noise from air handling equipment can be measured in the reverberation rooms or in ducts. The measured characteristics are flow noise, sound attenuation and sound insulation. In conjunction with the acoustical measurements, other performance characteristics (aerodynamic and thermal) of the equipment can also be measured.EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION has approved VTT Expert Services Ltd to carry out testing of residential air handling units according to their certification criteria of Residential Air Handling Unit certification programme.Accredited methods (Finas T001)ISO 3741:2010. Daikin enhances its AHU-DX range with the introduction of new connection options for Daikin condensing units for optimum choice and ease of use Daikin has extended the capabilities of its mechanical ventilation range, giving consultants increased design flexibility and ensuring faster, simpler installation for installers. The introduction of larger expansion valve kits and a new control option offers an easy and convenient solution for the connection of DX condensing units in medium-sized air handling unit systems, providing the widest range of control options now available on the market in a simplified design. Daikin’s comprehensive range of mechanical fresh air ventilation solutions for commercial applications is suitable for a variety of applications from smaller ventilation requirements with flow rates of 150-2,000m3/hour (HRV range) to larger air handling units capable of handling flow rates of up to 144,000m3 /hour and an ESP of up to 1,500 Pa. The benefits of DX condensing units

When integrated with Daikin outdoor units, Daikin Air Handing Units (AHU’s) can provide a total solution for fresh air for offices, hotels, stores and other commercial outlets. Like our range of water-based inverter chiller systems, Daikin DX condensing units benefit from ‘plug and play’ connectivity for faster installation. Designed for high efficiency, Daikin DX condensing units offer a fast response to changing loads and are simple to install in comparison with water-based systems. The ERQ series for combination with single DX coils is suitable for small warehouses, showrooms and offices while the VRV IV range is designed for larger applications and for use in combination with indoor units for comfort cooling/heating. Widest range of control options on the market Previously Daikin offered three control options for connecting Daikin AHU’s or third party AHU’s to Daikin condensing units: X control – Discharge temperature is tightly controlled via third party DDC controller.

Used for special applications where precise control of temperature and air quality is needed such as clean rooms. This option requires reprogramming of the DDC controller. Y Control – Cost efficient solution for basic fresh air treatment via a fixed evaporating/condensing temperature. Used in applications where outdoor and indoor temperatures remain similar throughout the year. This solution does not require a DDC controller. Z Control – Controls the return air temperature to the AHU via the Daikin standard room controller, allowing the AHU unit to be adjusted in the same way as a VRV indoor unit. VRV indoor units and air handling unit can even be controlled in the same unit group. Typically used in office settings or other similar comfort applications where multiple indoor units are required. Daikin’s new W Control option provides an alternative to the existing X control method. Using an off-the-shelf DDC controller, the W Control requires no re-programming and is suitable for most comfort applications where discharge temperature and other detailed control of the air handling unit is needed such as filtration level, humidification etc.

Uniquely, the ‘first in class’ W Control incorporates a new 0-10V step logic providing “infinite” capacity adjustments, offering a flexibility that outperforms other alternatives available on the market. New valve kits allow connection of larger AHU’s to a single refrigerant circuit The availability of new larger class 400 and 500 expansion valve kits from Daikin means that DX condensing units of up to 54HP with a cooling capacity of 151.2 kW can now be connected to a single AHU, offering a simple connection solution for medium-sized systems. Both the control box and expansion valve can be factory installed in the Daikin AHU prior to delivery to site, allowing installers to get systems up and running quickly. Both the control box and expansion valve can also be ordered separately, allowing Daikin condensing units to be connected to third party AHU’s. The ‘plug and play’ connectivity of Daikin’s AHU range offers significant advantages both for installers and end-users.
